type in the words UPGRADE TO SECOND DAY AIR. ~ We will then manually upgrade your order to
2nd Day Air and add the separate set charge to your credit card.

Shipping Costs to Alaska or Hawaii
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
will incur a shipping fee that will be billed separately: We will call or e-mail you the shipping fee to Alaska or Hawaii for your approval before the shipment is processed.
International Shipping
Canada Our Woodhaven firewood racks and many of our chimney caps ship to Canada. Any fireplace accessory with an item number ending in -BU can also be sent to Canada. To place an order for any item to be shipped to Canada,
call us at 888-834-7375. You will be informed of the shipping fee to Canada for the products you are interested in before your order is finalized.
All Other International Shipments
At this time FireplaceMall does not ship internationally except to Canada. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
APO's, FPO's and Post Office Boxes
Sorry, but as much as we would like to, we are unable at this time to ship
to APO's , FPO's or Post Office Boxes.
Shipping Methods
UPS and FedEX The majority of our products are shipped via UPS ground; some are shipped by
FedEx.
Motor Freight Delivery Oversized products are shipped by Motor
Freight. If you live on a street not accessible to freight trucks, an additional delivery fee may be charged. The freight company will contact you by phone a day or two before delivery to
make arrangements for delivery. You will need to have someone present to inspect for damage and to sign for the delivery.
Freight delivery personnel is not required to delivery your
item beyond curbside. (If asked politely and offered a nice tip, though, many will move the item to a porch or inside for you.)
Inspect Before Accepting Delivery: Before accepting the product from the delivery crew, you are responsible for inspecting it. If there is damage to the carton or to the product, you must have it noted on the Freight
Bill before the driver leaves. You are free to refuse to accept damaged merchandise.
Delivery Times
We ship your fireplace accessories or chimney caps from the closest warehouse to assure quick
delivery. Most items are delivered within 5 to 7 business days. We try at all times to provide timely shipments, but sometimes factors beyond our control such as severe weather may influence
shipping times.
If an item typically takes longer to ship, that information is included on the web site with the
product information.
If you ordered more than one item, the items may be shipped separately at
no additional charge. Multiple items may arrive in multiple cartons on different days even when the items are ordered at the same time.
Tracking Numbers
Tracking Numbers are sent via e-mail to the e-mail address you provide when you place your order. To assure delivery
of the Tracking Number e-mail, please add sales@fireplacemall.com to your approved Senders List.
If you do not receive such a Tracking Number e-mail, it is possible your e-mail provider has treated it as spam or junk
e-mail, so you may want to look in those e-mail folders.
If you order more than one item, the items may be shipped in separate cartons, and you would
receive Tracking Number e-mails for each carton.
