FlashSeal is an easier, less messy way than using tar to seal pesky flashing leaks around your chimney. FlashSeal is available in brown , black or white to meet your chimney repair needs.

To use FlashSeal, simply prepare the area to be sealed. Then brush on a base coat of FlashSeal compound a few inches up the chimney and on the surrounding roof area. Cover that area with 6" wide FlashSeal Reinforcement Fabric. Apply a top coat of FlashSeal over the Reinforcement Fabric, and you've put an end to flashing leaks.
A one gallon container of FlashSeal will cover 28 linear feet.
The FlashSear Reinforcement Fabric, for use with either the black or white FlashSeal, comes in a 150 foot long, 6 inch wide roll.
When used with FlashSeal Reinforcement Fabric, FlashSeal has a seven year warranty.
Store FlashSeal where temperatures will not fall below 40^o.
